Wikidata Edit-a-Thon!
What is Wikidata and why are libraries across the globe using it? How could it benefit your work? How does adding items to Wikidata support further research about those items? How is the Northeastern Library using this technology to support local history, and how might we use it in the future? Join us for an online informal edit-a-thon: bring your questions and help add items about Boston public art and artists to Wikidata.
For more detailed info, see our project page:

If you can, before you attend please create a Wikidata account. We will have folks on hand to help you create an account at the editathon, but if you can create one ahead of time you will get started faster.
