DH Student Research Series: Research Potluck

Join the Digital Scholarship Group (Northeastern University Library) and the NULab Center for Texts, Maps and Networks (College of Social Sciences and Humanities) for our first ever Research Potluck! It will be in the Digital Scholarship Commons in Snell Library 211 on Monday, February 25 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Are you the only student on your campus doing a DH project on your specific research interests? Are there others in Boston working on similar topics? Do you have a DH project proposed or in progress? Join us for the Research Potluck to meet graduate students from Northeastern and other universities around Greater Boston working on similar projects.  Bring your own experiences to share, and food will be provided. Attendees will learn about digital projects being done throughout Greater Boston, meet colleagues in the field, and leave with a refined understanding about individual project work.

The Research Potluck is the first event in a series aimed at bringing DH students in Greater Boston together to network and learn more about DH work being done.  The Digital Humanities Graduate Student Research Series will be a collection of events during Spring 2019 and Fall 2019 aimed at bringing together students from Greater Boston studying Digital Humanities.

If you have any questions, please contact Megan Barney at m.barney[at]northeastern[dot]edu.
